If you're a dedicated anime fan who enjoyed the surprise and excitement of Loot Anime, you're probably feeling the void now that the service is no longer around. Loot Anime once delivered a monthly dose of anime-themed goodies, but as its popularity waned, the service eventually closed its doors. The good news is that you don't have to miss out on the fun any longer—The Anime Box has emerged as the perfect alternative for your anime subscription box needs.
What Happened to Loot Anime?
Loot Anime selected the theme "Heroes" for its final anime boxes in December 2023, but other subscription services from Loot Crate remain active.
Loot Anime, part of the Loot Crate family, was a beloved subscription service that delivered anime merchandise directly to your door each month. From exclusive figures to limited-edition apparel and collectible items, it was a go-to for many otakus. However, due to various business struggles, Loot Anime, along with other Loot Crate services, faced financial difficulties and eventually shut down.
For fans who loved the anticipation of receiving a mystery box each month, the end of Loot Anime was a big disappointment. But there’s no need to worry—The Anime Box has stepped in to fill that gap and is ready to exceed your expectations.
